SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so in ‘Manage
Subscriptions’ located in your account portal. You will find ‘Cancel
Subscription’ on the bottom right corner.

Yes! In ‘Order History’ in the account portal, you will find all of your previous
orders and subscription information. You can track all orders on this page.

Yes! In ‘Upcoming Orders’ you will see your order, the subscription number, date
of your next shipment, and the option to add or swap items.

No, if you have been billed, the order has already shipped. However, it will cancel the next shipment.

Yes, there is no minimum commitment for a subscription.

You can select a variety of subscription schedule options through the account
portal. If you need your subscription order to be sent on a specific date, go to
‘Manage Subscriptions’ (located in ‘Manage Account’), select ‘Edit’ and select a
date under ‘Next Shipment.’

You can make account edits through ‘Manage Account’ >> ‘Manage
Subscriptions.’

If you are having trouble with your password, click here to have a password email reset.
If you don't remember setting up an account, click here, and you can create one.

You can access your account portal by navigating to “Account” and signing in!

When your order ships, you'll receiving a tracking number in your email.

Shipping usually takes 3-5 days.

When you order more than $50 worth of our products, shipping is free! If you order less than $50, shipping is $5.95.

Yes, our products are gluten-free! They are also dairy-free and soy-free.

Yes, Over Easy products are certified Kosher.

Our Peanut Butter minis contain peanut and egg allergens.
Our Toasted Coconut and Oatmeal Raisin minis contain almond and egg allergens, and Toasted Coconut also contains coconut.
All the bars are processed on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts and sesame. However, it is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between production of any unique flavors, dramatically minimizing any risk of allergens not already present in the bar formula.

Yes, our minis are made on a dedicated line within our facility. However, there is the possibility for cross-contamination between bar flavors, since they are all made on the same line.

Yes, all of our bars are non-gmo.

They are the same recipes, just a little smaller, so they're only 100 calories and the perfect snack size.

The shakes are not a weight loss product, but in conjunction with exercise, people who replace breakfast with our shakes may lose weight.

Our shakes do not have any allergens, but are manufactured in a facility that also processes dairy, soy, peanut, egg, and coconut. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between production of any unique flavors, dramatically minimizing any risk of allergens not already present in the formula.

Yes, our bars are made on a dedicated line within our facility. However, there is the possibility for cross-contamination between bar flavors since they are all made on the same line.

Yes, all of our bars are non-gmo.

The #1 ingredient in our bars is oats, which are carbs. So, depending on how you would use your carbs for the day, our bars could be good for the Keto diet.

We took 6 months to develop our homemade recipes, using nothing but clean and simple ingredients you can find in your own kitchen!

Nope! Unlike many of other products, our bars do not contain natural or artificial flavors. We believe great taste should come come from real ingredients like fruit and nuts, not a concoction made in a lab.

Our bars have a 12 month shelf life.

Our shakes are nut free. However, all of our bars are currently made with nuts for maximum protein.

No, our products are completely shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated. They'll stay fresh wherever you go!

PAYMENT AND RETURNS

We cannot process returns for items that were purchased in a retail store. Please contact the specific store you made the purchase to see about their return options. If you believe your Over Easy product was defective or damaged in some way, please send us an email at hello@overeasyfoods.com with the store name, location, description of the issues, along with any relevant images, so we can work to resolve the problem.

You should see the refund reflected in 2-3 business days.

Due to the nature of the food product and return shipping costs, we are unable to accept product returns. If you have a damaged or defective product, please email us at hello@overeasyfoods.com with your order number, a description of the issues, along with any relevant images, and we'll help you as best as we can. Please reach out to us as soon as you receive your order if you believe it is damaged or defective in some way.
