I wasn't sure at first of my feeling about this bar. I am now in love! subtle flavors but super filing. I would definitely recommend. My first choice would be the peanut butter followed by the banana nut and then the apple. All are tasty, just my preference:)

I am obsessed with these bars, especially the peanut butter! They look and taste like what they actually are… fresh oats rolled with peanut butter. I love that protein is packed in there, but none of the refined sugar. I recently discovered my previous breakfast choices were leading to crazy blood sugar swings, and switching to Over Easy every morning has helped set me up for better glycemic control throughout the day. These are just the right sweetness and texture to serve as a great complement to morning coffee, or on their own as a snack or healthy treat!

The peanut butter flavor is by far my favorite. Easy enough to eat on my way into work and unlike most bar I don't still feel hungry after. Definitely hits the spot
