I’ve always believed that great mornings lead to great days, but as a busy father, husband, former athlete, and Army veteran, finding a delicious, quick, and healthy breakfast has never been easy. With little time to cook in the morning, I found myself choosing between the sugary pastries I ate as a kid or the dense, artificial protein bars I suffered through in the military. So I started Over Easy to give breakfast lovers like myself the morning we all deserve.Our homemade recipes are crafted using simple ingredients like organic oats, nuts, honey, and cage free egg whites, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast wherever the morning takes you.
